The school serves as the single primary school in the village of Alveley in South East Shropshire.  The village is just down stream on the river Severn from the town of Bridgnorth, and the school is very much in the heart of the village.  The school has around one hundred pupils aged between 3 years old and 11 years old. The school joined TrustEd in November 2016, at which point the Headteacher, Mr Paul O'Malley, also joined the school.
