Our centralised finance function takes responsibility for ensuring all statutory financial processes and returns are completed for all our schools. We provide dedicated budget planning and monitoring information, advice and guidance to our schools on a regular basis. Whilst many finance processes are centralised, individual school balances remain with the school and are not centrally pooled.
Our trust estates manager and compliance officer lead on the management of larger site projects for our schools and provide advice and practical support to schools with building compliance requirements and health and safety.
